MEGA Code

Terms of Service

Privacy Policy

Effective Date: April 30, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of MEGA Code (“Service”), provided by Mind AI (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

1. Service Overview

MEGA Code is a system that implements Evaluation Driven Development with Automated Optimization for agent systems, progressively expanding from prompt-level to workflow-level optimization. The system is currently provided as an open-source tool.

As of the effective date of these Terms, the Service provides the following:

  • Prompt Security Optimization — fast diagnosis and hardening of security vulnerabilities in a single agent system prompt.

The Company may continuously expand and improve the Service under this concept, and any resulting changes shall be governed by Section 7.

The Company does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or complete prevention of security threats with respect to any output generated or recommended by the Service (“Generated Output”).

2. Effectiveness and Modification of Terms

These Terms become effective upon being posted by the Company on its designated channels (such as the official website, GitHub repository, or package distribution page), and you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms by downloading, installing, or using the Service. The Company may modify these Terms, and any modifications will take effect upon posting. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you may discontinue use of the Service.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws.
  • Use the Service to perform security measurement or attacks against any system or service for which you do not have proper authorization.
  • Generate or distribute malicious code, or use the Service to compromise the security of any system.
  • Misrepresent Generated Output as officially reviewed, certified, or endorsed by the Company, or as professional advice (including security advice).

4. Open Source License

MEGA Code and all client-side components (the “Software”) are made available under the Apache License 2.0. You may use, modify, and distribute the Software in accordance with that license, including for commercial purposes.

The Apache License 2.0 governs your rights to the Software. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the Apache License 2.0 with respect to the Software itself, the Apache License 2.0 shall prevail.

5. Intellectual Property and Generated Output

Your content. All rights in content you input into the Service (system prompts, code, data) remain with you. Because the Service runs locally on your environment, the Company does not collect, access, or process your inputs or Generated Output.

Generated Output. Rights in Generated Output belong to you, and you may use and commercialize such output without restriction.

Software rights. All rights in the Software and its composition are governed by the Apache License 2.0.

6. Responsibility for Generated Output

You are solely responsible for the verification, modification, deployment, and use of all Generated Output. The Service operates probabilistically; identical inputs may produce different results. You are strongly advised to validate any hardened system prompt before applying it in any production environment.

The Service is an analysis and hardening tool for the system prompts of agents operated by you, and is not itself a security system or security solution. Regardless of whether the Service is used, you remain solely responsible for the security design, operation, and incident response of any agent you operate. Outputs and explanatory content provided by the Service do not constitute security advice or any other form of professional advice.

7. Service Modifications and Termination

The Company may modify, update, or discontinue development of the Service at any time without prior notice. Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are not provided. Because the Software is distributed under the Apache License 2.0, your right to use any version you have already obtained continues under that license.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. The Company disclaims all express and implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The Company is not responsible for damages arising from third-party LLMs, IDEs, or external platforms used together with the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, and except in cases of the Company's willful misconduct or gross negligence, the Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Where mandatory provisions of local law in the user's jurisdiction provide greater protection, such provisions shall apply to the extent required. If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
